1. Cancellations by Guests
- More than 24 hours before the tour: free cancellation with a full refund of any amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour: 50% of the tour price is charged.
- No-show or cancellation after pickup: 100% of the tour price is charged.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call us. The time your message is received is used to calculate the notice period.
2. Changing Your Date
You can move your tour to another date free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
3. Cancellations by Imperial Tours Dubai
If we cancel a tour because of bad weather, sandstorms, government instructions or safety reasons, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
4. Refunds
Card refunds are processed back to the original card within 7 – 14 working days, depending on your bank. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by bank transfer. The 3% card machine charge is non-refundable where a card payment has already been processed.
5. Special Packages
VIP, private, overnight and group bookings, and bookings on public holidays or New Year’s Eve, may have different cancellation terms. These will be shared with you before you confirm.
