1. Bookings
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from our team with your tour date, package and pickup details.
Please make sure the names, number of guests, hotel and contact number you give us are correct. We are not responsible for missed pickups caused by incorrect details.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown on this website exclude 5% VAT. Payments made by card machine carry an additional 3% charge.
- Payment can be made in cash (AED), Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
- Most tours are paid on the day of the tour. For VIP, private and overnight packages, and on peak dates, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.
- Promotional prices (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting confirmed bookings.
3. Pickup & Drop-off
Free hotel pickup and drop-off is included for Dubai hotels and residences on shared tours. Pickup times are approximate and are confirmed the day before. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the confirmed time; drivers can wait a maximum of 10 minutes on shared tours.
Pickups outside Dubai (for example Sharjah, Ajman or Abu Dhabi) are available at an additional charge.
4. Health & Safety
- Dune bashing, quad biking and buggy driving are adventure activities. Guests take part at their own risk and must follow all instructions from drivers and guides.
- Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 3, or guests with back, neck or heart conditions.
- Quad bike drivers must be 16 or older. Dune buggy drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid car driving license.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to drive any vehicle, and no refund will be given.
- Helmets and seat belts must be worn at all times where provided.
5. Damage to Vehicles
Guests driving quad bikes or dune buggies are responsible for driving safely. Damage caused by reckless driving or by ignoring the guide’s instructions may be charged to the driver.
6. Changes to the Tour
We may change the itinerary, vehicle or camp, or cancel a tour, because of weather, safety or operational reasons. If we cancel, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund. Please see our Cancellation Policy for cancellations made by guests.
7. Liability
Imperial Tours Dubai is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the tour, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
