Quad Biking in Dubai – What to Expect
An ATV quad bike Dubai ride is the easiest way to get behind the wheel in the desert. Our automatic quad bikes need no gear changes, so first-timers are comfortable within minutes. After a safety briefing and gear fitting, you follow a lead guide along a marked trail through the red dunes, with stops for photos at the top of the high dunes.
Choose a 30 minute ride for a quick thrill or 1 hour to go deeper into the desert where the dunes are bigger. A two-person quad lets a friend, partner or child ride behind the driver. You can ride on its own or combine it with an evening desert safari.
Safety & Requirements
No driving license is required for quad bikes. Drivers must be 16 or older; younger guests can ride as passengers with an adult. Helmets, goggles, gloves and face scarves are provided, and every ride is led by an experienced guide. All rides are run by a DTCM licensed tour operator with regularly serviced bikes.
Good to Know

- Closed shoes and long trousers are recommended.
- Morning (8 AM – 11 AM) and afternoon/sunset slots (3 PM – 6 PM) are available daily.
